From a two-hour read on your house to a fully specified whole-home renovation. Every tier produces something you can act on, whether or not you go further.
Two hours in your house. Room by room: what is working, what is fighting you, what to do first and what to leave alone. A written summary follows within the week, with a priority order you can work through at your own pace.
Most people book this first. A good number never need anything else.
Flat fee · credited toward a project booked within 90 days
One room, completely resolved on paper. Layout, finishes, paint, lighting, furniture and window treatments, with a sourcing list and a budget. You buy and install on your own schedule.
Flat fee per room
Whole-home or several rooms at once. Concept, specification, procurement, trade coordination and install day. You approve at each stage and we handle the ordering, the lead times and the deliveries.
Percentage of project or flat fee by scope
Kitchens, baths, basement conversions, and opening up floorplans. We design it and specify it, then work alongside your general contractor — and a licensed architect or engineer where anything structural is involved.
Phased fee
Boutique offices, salons, medical and dental suites, church fellowship and administrative space, model units, and short-term rental portfolios along the Camp Creek corridor.
Retainer or per-unit
Start with the Walkthrough. It is the cheapest way to find out what your house actually needs, and the fee comes off a larger project if you book one.
How a project runs
We spend time in the house, talk about how you actually use it, and agree what the project is before anyone draws anything.
Plans, a material direction and a realistic budget range. This is the stage where we argue about things. It is much cheaper to change your mind here.
Every finish, fixture and piece documented with part numbers, quantities and lead times, so a contractor can price it exactly.
Ordering, tracking, receiving and inspection. Long-lead items go first; nothing gets installed until it has been checked.
Delivery, placement, styling and a punch list. We do not call it finished until you have lived in it for a couple of weeks.
Devin Kenney Interiors provides interior design services. Structural work, egress, permitting and anything requiring a stamped drawing goes to a licensed architect or structural engineer, and we will tell you up front when a project needs one — usually before you have spent anything.
We are happy to work alongside your architect, your builder and your contractor, and we would rather bring one in early than explain later why a wall cannot come down.
